Half the day has managed to recharge time the energy reserves. Today I decide for a breadless burger with herbal remoulade. For this I use 175g organic ground beef, rosemary needles, thyme leaves, salad mayonnaise. I fill the mushrooms with leaf spinach, garlic, onions, a little gorgonazola and olive oil. Put it in the oven and wait a good 20 minutes. Believe me, you will be amazed!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of golden flaxseed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 5 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

 Preparation:
